Taipa Village
Taipa Village is Macau's most walkable old quarter: a compact grid of pastel Portuguese-Macanese townhouses, shrine-lined back lanes and egg tart bakeries wedged between the modern Cotai casino strip and the sea. It has kept a slower, small-town character that the surrounding mega-resorts have largely built over.
